My mom is 60 and diabetic, and we're considering cataract surgery for her. Her eye number is 4.5 - would a trifocal or multifocal lens be better for her? I'm a bit worried about which option would suit her condition best.

View allWhat happens if the sphincter muscle in the eye gets cut or damaged during cataract surgery and how do doctors fix this issue
If the sphincter muscle, responsible for pupillary constriction, is damaged during cataract surgery, the pupil may become dilated and may not react properly to light. I have a power of around -7 to -7.5 in both eyes and I'm wondering if I'm eligible for LASIK surgery. What are the chances it'll work for me and how much would the procedure cost?

My eye power is -9 and -10 and still increasing. Which LASIK surgery would be the best option for me given my high prescription? I'm a bit worried about stability since my vision keeps changing.
Please wait till your glass number stabilizes. After that you can meet with your local cornea specialist who will do a couple of tests and then advise which refractive surgery is best suited for you
