My mom had a USG for her upper abdomen and has been having pain in her right shoulder and chest every 34 days. Could this be managed with medications or would she need surgery?

This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.

I've been having really bad burps, a severe stomach ache, and feeling like I might puke since last week. I went to see a general physician on the 16th of October, and he gave me some meds to take for five days. But then, my period started on the 21st, and I woke up with my face, eyes, hands, legs, and knees all swollen. I'm also feeling dizzy, still having burps, and that stomach ache hasn't gone away. Could this be a reaction to the medicine or maybe something else going on?

I've been dealing with nausea, stomach pressure, acidity, and weight loss even though I've been eating normally. Recently, after getting an upper endoscopy, they found I have antral gastritis and tested positive for H. pylori. So, I'm on Nexpro L, Gaviscon syrup, an H. pylori treatment kit, and a probiotic. It's been 8 days on these meds, with another week to go. While my symptoms have improved and I'm feeling better, I'm still dropping weight. I'm really confused and a bit worried why this is happening. Could it be because of the H. pylori infection? Once the treatment's over, will I be able to gain weight back? I used to weigh around 71 kg last year; now I'm down to 65.5 kg. I also have piles, and it's kind of freaking me out. How should I approach gaining weight again?

Kindly discuss for your concern.

I have a 14mm gallstone but no pain right now. Allopathy doctors are recommending surgery to remove it. Can homeopathy actually cure this and how long would it take? Also, are there any good homeopathy doctors in NCR who can guarantee results? I've attached my ultrasound report for reference.

If you have a 14mm gallstone without pain, some homeopathic treatments might offer symptom management, but surgery is often recommended for larger stones or if symptoms develop. It's essential to consult with a qualified homeopath for personalized advice. As for doctors in NCR, you could seek out well-regarded specialists in gastroenterology or hepatobiliary surgery for the best advice on your treatment options.
