My mom had a USG for her upper abdomen and has been having pain in her right shoulder and chest every 34 days. Could this be managed with medications or would she need surgery?

This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.

Can I dissolve gallbladder stones with medication or do I need surgery to just remove the stones without taking out the whole gallbladder
While medications can sometimes help dissolve small, cholesterol-based gallstones, they are not a primary treatment and often require long-term use. Surgery, specifically laparoscopic cholecystectomy (removal of the gallbladder), is usually the preferred treatment for symptomatic gallstones, as it's effective and the gallbladder is not essential for life. Removing the gallbladder is a common and safe procedure, and you can live without it

I'm a bit concerned about my symptoms over the past few days. I started with a mild fever and took Combiflam to help me sleep. The next day, my fever got worse, so I switched to DOLO. On the third day, the fever was gone, but I began experiencing loose motions, so I took Norflox. By the fourth day, things seemed a little better, and the frequency of the motions reduced. Now, on the fifth day, the frequency is low, but my motions are still loose. Can you offer any advice on what I should do next?
take plenty of fluids ,ors sachets ,tab loperamide once daily for 3 days
