My mom has a 2.5cm gallbladder stone is that dangerous and does she need surgery? Also, tests showed swelling in the intestine are these two things related? Would really appreciate some advice

I've been dealing with a fistula for the past 2 years and already had surgery, but it keeps coming back. What medications can help prevent it from recurring so often?
