My mom has gallbladder sludge and I'm really worried about her. Is there any homeopathic treatment that can help without needing surgery? Can medicine actually dissolve the sludge or is surgery the only option? Also, could you explain a bit more about what gallbladder sludge is and how serious it is

View allI was wondering if you could help me with something. Last night, I felt something moving in my anus after going to the toilet. There's also this little pain I've been experiencing in my lower left stomach and groin area. Sometimes it even feels like there's some kind of obstruction when I'm trying to have a bowel movement or when I urinate. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

my doctor said I have an old healed fissure and surgery isn't needed but I'm not sure what that really means does it still cause problems or is it completely fine now
It's understandable to be unsure when a doctor advises against surgery. While surgery is often a last resort for chronic anal fissures, most cases can be managed with conservative treatments like lifestyle changes and medications.
