I'm a 34-year-old guy who's been dealing with off-and-on nasal congestion for as long as I can remember. I just had an x-ray of my nose and the PNS result showed some haziness in the right maxillary sinus. My ENT doctor has put me on a course of amoxclav for five days, plus I'm using a fluticasone nasal spray and taking telecast L tablets. I'm really curious about what's causing this haziness. Is it something that happens often, or is there any reason I should be worried? Would appreciate some insight.
Thats common. Its sinusitis. Infection. Continue the medicines. Take steam inhalation 3-4 times a day Avoild refrigerated citruis fruits

I had a road accident and ended up with a longitudinal temporal bone fracture and LMN facial palsy. I've attached my CT scan do you think conservative treatment would work or would I need surgery?
A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.
