My mom's been having some trouble with her breathing lately. There are times when she breathes with a noise. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's concerning. What could be causing this and what should we do about it?

Probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection.Patient is advised tab augmentin 625mg orally,thrice dailly for 5 days,tab levocetrizine 10 mg for 5 days and syrup salbutoml 10 ml thrice dailly for 5 days.

I'm really worried about my wife. She has a severe lung infection and her X-ray and CT scan reports show that her lungs are really damaged.
