Question
My mother is 38 years old and has been suffering from urinary tract infections along with kidney stones for the past 3 years. Recently, most of the stones were removed, but a small stone remains. She now experiences very frequent urination. Her recent urine report shows the presence of albumin, low urine volume of 20 ml, amber coloured urine with a turbid appearance, aromatic odor, and sediment containing red blood cells and pus cells in full field. Given these symptoms and lab findings, please advise on the best approach to treat her condition permanently.

The report suggests infection pus, RBCs, possibly due to a small retained stone. Treatment with antibiotics and hydration is important. Further review may help prevent recurrence.
