My mother is 67 and has been diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes, with surgery recommended. She's a homemaker who reads newspapers and mythology books daily. I'm torn between monofocal and multifocal lenses would the Alcon Vivity lens suit her lifestyle, or should we consider other options? Also, does the season affect cataract surgery outcomes?
