My mother is 74 years old and last week had a urinary tract infection. She took antibiotics and Citralka for 5 days. Now she is feeling better. Her latest urine R/E test report is enclosed. Please advise?

If she is symptom free and urine report shows improvement, no further treatment is needed. Encourage hydration and regular follow up if recurrent UTIs.

Hello, my father is facing some problems: urge and itching during urination, brown yellowish urine, dizziness, fever, and loss of appetite. He went for a checkup and the doctor said it is a urine infection and gave him medication for 5 days. After three days, all problems went away and he felt normal. The medicines were Pyridium 100, Nimegesic P, and a heavy antibiotic (I do not remember the name). After 5 days, the doctor advised discontinuing the treatment. Now after 3 days, the problem started again. He went to the doctor and was given the same medication plus Nitrobact 100. Again all symptoms went away. Please tell what the problem could be? I have attached the urine report.

My wife and I are actively trying for a baby, but every time we have unprotected sex, we end up with infections. Six months ago, we did urinalysis tests. The doctor suggested Cranpac D and Citralka for me, and my wife took Niftas 100 along with several other medications to eliminate bacteria. A few days ago, I started having back pain, and although I did not have typical urinary symptoms, I experienced a burning sensation at the tip of my urine. After a few days, my wife developed painful urination. We both started taking Niftas and Urispas. My wife is feeling better now, but I am experiencing pain in my testicles and pelvic area, like a pulling sensation. The pain is bearable, but I need help to completely get rid of this. I have decided to avoid sexual activity for now, and we both want proper treatment. Please advise on how we can effectively treat this condition.
