My mother is 74 years old and last week had a urinary tract infection. She took antibiotics and Citralka for 5 days. Now she is feeling better. Her latest urine R/E test report is enclosed. Please advise?

I suspect I might have a kidney infection. My urine report shows albumin +++, RBCs are plenty, pus cells 3 to 4 per hpf, epithelial cells 1 to 2 per hpf, UBG 1+, BLD plus minus, PRO 3+, and LEU 3+. Could you please guide me on what this indicates and the next steps I should take?

Hi, I am a 36 year old female. I developed a urinary tract infection last week and am currently taking antibiotics for it.
