Question

My mother feels dizzy all the time. When measuring blood pressure, it is sometimes as high as 190 over 100 and other times as low as 100 over 60. I would like to know if this dizziness is due to fluctuations in blood pressure or if it could be related to a brain disorder or an eye problem. Her blood report is mostly normal except for a slight increase in potassium, sugar, and uric acid levels.

No brain disorder or eye problems are indicated, but to prevent any such complications, regular monitoring of BP and consumption of BP tablets if indicated should be taken regularly . Blood tests such as HBa1c , potassiun and uric acid to be repeated once in three months to keep a check ok levels.
