My mother has been experiencing night sweats, occasional fever, and anorexia for a few days. Her urine report shows bacteria presence, and her blood report is attached.

Night sweats, fever, and anorexia with bacteria in urine could indicate a urinary tract infection or even urosepsis in elderly patients. Start antibiotics based on culture report, ensure hydration, and monitor vitals. Normal USG rules out kidney obstruction.
