Albumin ++ in urine suggests early kidney impact common in diabetes. High IgE shows allergic response or inflammation. Needs tight sugar control and kidney monitoring. Doctor may start medicines to protect kidneys.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Urine ACR Test Test or Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test

My urine culture report showed an infection, and I was prescribed Taxim and Urispas by a doctor. While I was on the medication, my symptoms were under control. However, today the symptoms have returned. I am experiencing burning during urination, urine leakage, abdominal discomfort, and mood irritation. The urine leakage is quite a lot and is making me very uneasy. Could you please guide me on what steps to take next?

I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend, after which I experienced a burning sensation while urinating and yellowish penile discharge. I got my penile discharge tested at a lab, and the report states No gonococci seen, few gram negative coccobacilli seen, and large number of pus cells seen. What does this mean? I consulted a doctor and took medication, and I have recovered, but I am still concerned because I do not understand my report. I have attached a copy of my report.
