my mri report says i have a 66x57 mm fibroid in my cervix and i really don't want surgery are there other ways to treat this

Yes, options include hormonal therapy, uterine artery embolization, and MRI-guided focused ultrasound. But size and symptoms matter—surgical removal (myomectomy or hysterectomy) may be needed if severe.

View allI'm really worried because my husband has mentioned that he's not as interested in our intimacy anymore. I think my vagina might have become looser over time. Can you please give me some advice or suggest ways to help me tighten it? I'm looking for something effective, as I want to improve our relationship.
To tighten your vagina, try Kegel exercises (squeeze and release pelvic muscles for 10-15 reps, 3-4 times a day), pelvic floor physical therapy, or vaginal cones; also, consider incorporating estrogen-boosting foods, like soybeans and flaxseeds, into your diet, and maintain a healthy weight; however, it's essential to remember that vaginal looseness is a common issue, especially after childbirth or aging, and open communication with your partner about your concerns and feelings can also help address the emotional aspect of this issue.

I'm 8 months pregnant and I'm really struggling with severe itching and a rash all over my body, especially at night. It's gotten so bad I can't sleep. I did a liver function test and my alkaline phosphatase level is 170 IUL. My doctor has prescribed me Udiliv 300mg to take twice a day. Do you think this will help with the itching? If it will, how long might it take before I can finally get some restful sleep? I'm really hoping for some relief soon.
It take time to cure. consult to your doctor.
