My nails have turned yellow, but my eye color and urine color seem normal. Could this be jaundice, or is something else going on? What should I do?

I've noticed these pink bumps or genital warts on the glans of my penis for about 16 years now. I suspect it might be HPV, but Ive never had any tests or diagnosis done. They dont cause any health problems and haven't really changed in number, maybe just a tiny increase over the years. I haven't had any treatment yet. What do you think I should do about this?

I've got these cuts on my left armsix deep, straight scars from 15 years ago that I gave myself. Now I really need to get rid of them quickly but I'm not looking to use laser treatment. I have a medical test coming up next week, and I wouldnt mind if the scars looked like an accident wound but definitely not self-inflicted. Got any advice that could help?

Consult a dermatologist or plastic surgeon for a scar revision or excision procedure, and for immediate camouflage, use medical-grade concealers, silicone gel sheeting, or scar tape to disguise the scars as accidental wounds, and consider explaining your situation to your doctor, as they may be able to provide a medical note or documentation to support your claim.

I've noticed these white patches in my mouth, and they don't really hurt or bother me, but I'm kind of worried about what they might be. Could you help me figure out what's going on and how to treat them? Id really appreciate a quick response.
