My nose tip has been itching really badly every morning. It's strange because it only happens in the morning, never at any other time of the day. Once I'm ready and about to leave for work, the itching starts, and it's really annoying. I can't seem to figure out why or what might be causing this. Any ideas?

Morning nose tip itching can be frustrating. Here are some possible causes:
Allergies
- Dust mites: Exposure to dust mites in your pillow or bedding.
- Pet allergies: If you have pets, their dander might be causing the itch.
Environmental Factors
- Dry air: Low humidity in the morning can dry out your skin, causing itchiness.
- Cold weather: If you live in a cold climate, the morning chill might be irritating your nose.
Skin Conditions
- Seborrheic dermatitis: A common skin condition that can cause itchiness and flakiness.
- Contact dermatitis: Irritation from a new soap, moisturizer, or other product.
Other Possible Causes
- Nose picking or rubbing: Unconscious habits can cause irritation and itchiness.
- Nutritional deficiencies: Lack of essential nutrients like vitamin B7 (biotin) or omega-3 fatty acids.
To alleviate the itch, try:
- Applying a gentle moisturizer to your nose tip.
- Using a humidifier to add moisture to the air.
- Avoiding scratching or rubbing your nose.
- Keeping your bedroom clean and dust-free.

I've noticed my eosinophil levels are higher than normal and I experienced some allergies recently. The symptoms have lessened, but I'm still dealing with an itchy sensation. How can I bring my eosinophil counts back to a normal range?
To reduce the eosinophil count and alleviate the itchy sensation, you can take over-the-counter antihistamines like Cetirizine (10mg once daily) or Loratadine (10mg once daily). Additionally, you can use a corticosteroid cream like Hydrocortisone 1% to relieve itching. Make sure to avoid allergens that trigger your allergies and maintain good hygiene to prevent further allergic reactions. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.
