My friend is 28 and has been dealing with venous leak for over a year now. He's seen multiple doctors and done his own research, but apart from surgery, there don't seem to be many treatment options. Can Hydrocele be Medically Treated? The short answer is, NO.. If the hydrocele is relatively small and does not cause discomfort, it might not require any treatment. There isn't a medication currently available that can treat hydrocele effectively
