My period is six days late. Last month, I had my period on 9th, took an ipill, and then had another period on 21st. I recently did a pregnancy test, which was negative. What should I do next?

A 6 day delay in your period can happen due to stress or hormonal changes, especially after taking an iPill. Since your recent pregnancy test was negative, wait for another 5 to 7 days. If your period does not start, repeat a urine pregnancy test to confirm. If periods remain irregular, consult your doctor for further evaluation and cycle regulation. Maintain hydration, manage stress, and get adequate rest to support your cycle. Consider a Beta HCG test for a clear result.

View allHello, I am trying to conceive. It has been 30 days and I have not had my period. My urine is clear, not yellowish, and when I tried the toothpaste test, it did not turn bluish. Does urine normally turn blue in this test if someone is pregnant?

Hi, My period was due on 20th, but I have been experiencing brown discharge since 13th, which continues till now. It is light, occurring about once a day. Should I take a pregnancy test now, or wait until my period is missed?
Answered by Apollo Doctors
I have irregular periods, usually with a cycle of 40 days. My last period was on July 31st. I got married on August 14th, and our first intercourse was on August 17th. I experienced red spotting on September 1st, and since then, there has been no bleeding. I took two urine pregnancy tests, both of which were negative. My doctor prescribed Regestrone for 5 days (3 tablets per day). What are the chances of pregnancy, as we have started trying for children and are not using any contraceptives?
