My periods started on 2nd June. On 22nd June, I took an emergency contraceptive (ipill) after unprotected intercourse. My next period was expected on 3rd July, but it did not come, so I took a home urine pregnancy test on 11th July evening, which was negative. For the past two days, I have been experiencing very dark spotting. What could this mean? Could I still be pregnant, and should I test again?

Ipill can delay periods, cause spotting. Negative test means pregnancy unlikely. Repeat urine test in 2 days (morning urine). See doctor if no period in a week.

View allI am currently four days late on my period. I took a pregnancy test, but it was negative. I noticed slight cramping a few days before I was supposed to get my period, and I also have slight pain in my side that started recently after being two days late. Should I retest since my period still has not come?

Hi doctor, we have been married for seven years. We do not have children. After two years, this month my period is delayed by 36 days. I took a home pregnancy test today and it shows negative. I am suffering from severe back pain and hip pain. Is there any possibility of pregnancy? I am having slight pain like menstrual pain.
