My current symptoms include numbness and cramps in the hands, occasional pain in the armpits, and ear pain. I also go to the bathroom 2 to 3 times a day, usually after breakfast or lunch. Please guide me on whether this is serious, the further steps I should take, and if possible, suggest a diet to maintain healthy lymphocyte levels. My platelet distribution width PDW is 8.9 FL as per my blood report which is below the normal range. My platelet to large cell ratio PLCR is low at 14.8 percent. Is this a cause for worry and should I consult a doctor?

These values are slightly low but not worrisome if total platelet count and rest of the blood parameters are normal. No specific treatment needed unless symptomatic.
