As per my recent blood report, my serum creatinine is 1.7 mg/dL and eGFR is 43 percent. I do not have high blood pressure or diabetes and I am a non smoker. Could you please advise: How to improve or maintain GFR Recommended medications (if any) Dietary and lifestyle changes to support kidney health

My urine report shows blood present 1 plus, leukocytes about 15, and red blood cells 8 to 10. I usually run daily and three days ago I felt pain in my lower right back while running but I continued. Since then I have been facing lower back pain and I need to force myself to urinate. The pain in the lower right back has not stopped and I still feel difficulty while passing urine.

I feel numbness in both legs and I feel very tired with occasional pain in the stomach. My urine is sometimes yellow and sometimes light red. I do not feel appetite. I want to know if my report is normal.
