In my recent thyroid report, my T3 and T4 levels are within the permissible range, but my TSH level is very high at 12.43. I am feeling very tense. Could you please let me know if this is dangerous or not?

High TSH usually means hypothyroidism. It is treatable with thyroid medication. It is not dangerous if managed early. Consult your doctor for starting treatment.

My wife is pregnant with a duration of one month and twenty four days. We consulted a gynecologist and did some blood and urine tests. In the test report my wife TSH shows 10.6 which is beyond the normal range of 2 to 4.68. We called the doctor and they said to please consult with the nearest physician for TSH treatment to start, but due to lockdown the nearest physician is not available. Please suggest any medicine for TSH control? I have attached the test report. Is there any further abnormality? Please do the needful. Thank you.
