In my report gallbladder is distended and non echoic. Urinary bladder is distended. Prostate is normal. Pleural effusion or ascites is not seen. Liver is hyperechoic with size 143.7 mm. Is there any chance of stone in bladder?

Distention can be due to timing of scan or fluid intake. Hyperechoic liver suggests fatty liver. No clear sign of bladder stone in your report.

I had a 6 mm kidney stone earlier and suffered severe pain with it. After drinking a lot of water, the stone passed into the urinary bladder and eventually the pain disappeared. Now after 6 months, I have dark colored urine and my report shows 15 to 20 red blood cells per high power field, but I have no pain and no fever. The urine culture report is negative. What might be the problem?
