In my report, the platelet distribution width is 16.2 percent and the mean platelet volume is 7.2 fL. Can I know if there is any problem?

Both values are slightly outside the usual range but not necessarily alarming. A low MPV may be seen in some platelet disorders or mild infections. If you have no bleeding or clotting issues, it is not urgent. Please consult a doctor to interpret it in the context of your full blood count and symptoms.

She received an injection of Tazira Lyo 4.5 mg today. Should we admit her to the hospital? What action should we take?

My wife is suffering from dengue as per the test report, but I am unable to confirm if the report is correct. The doctor has prescribed Grenil tablet. I do not know if this medicine is appropriate. I am attaching the report here. Please advise what to do, whether the reports are okay, what her platelet count is, and if the medicine is effective or not?
