So, she again prescribed progesterone, and I got my period. This time, she prescribed Ovaa Shield DS. I am now on the 15th day of my cycle, but still, there is no follicular growth (still showing SF). How long will this medication continue? I am feeling very confused and stressed. I previously lost my first baby due to a heart block. I am still not getting pregnant.

Now I am experiencing heavy bleeding and feeling unwell.

My report says I have a heterogeneous, predominantly hypoechoic mass of 5x 62 mm in the posterior wall. I want to get pregnant. Please advise what I should do?
