My report shows syphilis is reactive with a 1:4 titre. I was told by a doctor at a clinic that penicillin injection is needed for treatment but it is rarely available. What should I do now and where can I get the injection. I am from Bangalore and would appreciate your advice.

I have never had sexual activity. Recently, during treatment for an anal fissure, I got a blood test. The results were: VDRL: Reactive TPHA: 10 (Negative) TPAB: 0.18 (Negative) I have no symptoms apart from the anal fissure, which is now cured. I am worried about these results. Could you please suggest what my next steps should be?
