My right eye CYL changed from 0.5 to 1 and SPH went from 3.75 to 3.5 does this mean my vision is getting worse or better? Also, my left eye has CYL 2.25 is that really bad? Should I consider surgery in the future or just stick with glasses for now?

I've had a squint eye since birth and I'm 24 now. If I get surgery for it, could it affect my vision? I'd like to know more about how squint surgery works and what to expect I've also attached a photo of my eyes for reference.
Squint surgery has no relation with vision. Kindly consult local squint specialist
