My right eye has always looked smaller than my left since I was a kid, and it makes that side seem a bit droopy. I've attached a photo is there any kind of surgery that could help the right eyelid open more to match the left one?

It is called ptosis. It can be improved by doing ptosis surgery.get complete eye check up by eye surgeon, if possible with oculoplasty surgeon.discuss with him/her pros and cons of surgery and your expectations from surgery
