My right eye has always looked smaller than my left since I was a kid, and it makes that side seem a bit droopy. I've attached a photo is there any kind of surgery that could help the right eyelid open more to match the left one?

my right eye vision is 6/18 can it improve to normal naturally without glasses or surgery
A 6/18 vision (also known as 20/60) is considered significantly impaired, and it's unlikely to improve to normal (6/6 or 20/20) vision naturally without glasses or surgery. While certain practices can improve vision-related skills and reduce strain, they cannot alter the underlying refractive error causing the blurry vision.
