My right ovary is bulky measuring 4.5x2.8x1.7 cm with a small functional cyst and the right tube is edematous with mild fluid around it but the left ovary is normal. Should I consider surgery or would medication be better for this?

I'm really worried because I've been having a high fever between 102 and 104. I've been taking Dolo 650 three times a day to bring it down, but the fever keeps coming back with a lot of shivering. I delivered about six weeks ago and had an episiotomy, and I'm still dealing with a lot of stitches pain. Is taking Dolo 650 six times in two days too much?
