My right ovary is bulky measuring 4.5x2.8x1.7 cm with a small functional cyst and the right tube is edematous with mild fluid around it but the left ovary is normal. Should I consider surgery or would medication be better for this?

It's best to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice, but generally, surgery for ovarian cysts and related issues is not always the first choice, especially when the cyst is small and functional. Medication or a wait-and-see approach might be recommended first

I'm 21 weeks pregnant, and I was wondering if it's safe to travel by train for about an hour. Also, is going by car a good option or safer? Anxious to know your thoughts on this.
At 21 weeks pregnant, short train or car journeys (like one hour) are generally safe, as long as you're comfortable and take breaks to move around. Ensure you stay hydrated and avoid sitting for too long. If you have any complications or concerns, it's best to consult your doctor beforehand.

I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids back in May and really don't want to go through surgery. Are there any effective remedies or medicines that can help shrink or melt the fibroids naturally? What options do I have besides surgery?
Fibroids may shrink with GnRH analogs, herbal remedies, or diet changes—surgery is last resort if no improvement.
