My right ovary is bulky measuring 4.5x2.8x1.7 cm with a small functional cyst and the right tube is edematous with mild fluid around it but the left ovary is normal. Should I consider surgery or would medication be better for this?

I had diarrhea on September 2nd and took a 4mg Imodium tablet at night. Since yesterday, my bowel movements have completely stopped. I'm also experiencing burning and itching in my vaginal area, and there's a thick white discharge. Could this be related to the diarrhea or the Imodium tablet? Are there any OTC medicines or creams I could try for this?
