My right testis has mild varicocele and the left one has moderate varicocele. I'm having this sharp pain in my lower abdomen should I consider surgery for this?

View allI'm a bit worried because I've been masturbating twice a week for the past four years and now my left testicle is hurting. What should I do about the pain?
Testicle pain can have various causes, including infections or inflammation. In your case, it is important to rule out any underlying infection. I recommend taking an over-the-counter pain reliever like ibuprofen to help with the pain and inflammation. Additionally, you should consider using a scrotal support to alleviate discomfort. It is advisable to consult a doctor for further evaluation and treatment, as you may need antibiotics if there is an infection present.

I'm really concerned because a few years ago, I had a laparoscopic stent implantation done through the urethral opening when I was 21. During that procedure, they had to slightly remove the prepuce because the glans penis was completely covered since I was a kid. Only a tiny opening was there for urine. After they opened the preputial orifice, the skin was soft, pinkish-white, and super sensitive. But about a year later, I noticed a black spot there. There's no growth, it's just a spot, and I'm really confused about what it could be. Is this a lentigo or something else I should be worried about? Can you help me figure this out?

I'm really curious about the normal sperm count needed for a natural pregnancy. Also, what should the motility rate be? Could you help me understand this a bit better?
is considered to be at least 40 million sperm per milliliter, with a motility rate of at least 40%
