My sister cut her hand with a blade about a year ago, and she still has the cut marks. What can we do to help fade these scars or make them less noticeable? Any tips or treatments would be really appreciated.

Topical Creams
- Silicone-based creams: Creams containing silicone can help flatten and soften raised scars.
- Hydroquinone creams: Creams with hydroquinone can help reduce hyperpigmentation associated with scarring.
It's essential to consult a dermatologist before starting any treatment. They will assess the scar and recommend the best course of treatment.

View allI'm really worried about this dark spot I've got on my mouth and nose. Could it be because of the whiteheads on my nose? It's been bothering me a lot, and I'm really curious about what's causing it. What should I be doing to help with this?
Dark spots also known as hyperpigmentation, can occur due to several reasons. Sun exposure, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation which appear after inflammation or injury to skin like acne etc. Some individuals are genetically predisposed to hyperpigmentation. To prevent this use sunscreen and avoid picking at acne or injuries to minimise damage.Consult a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

I used Memopi Hc to try and lighten my brown freckles a few months ago, but accidentally applied it all over my face, which made my skin fair. Since stopping, I've noticed hyperpigmentation on my cheeks that's been around for 3 years now. Ive tried a bunch of medicines and remedies to lighten the pigment, but nothing seems to work. Any advice or suggestions you could offer would be really appreciated.
