My sister had an accident and underwent jaw surgery with a plate implanted near her lower orbit bone. Now there's a noticeable difference in her eye size and shape. Could this be related to the surgery or the implant? What should we do about it?

I've had esotropia in my right eye for about six months now while my left eye is fine. My glasses prescription is 4.00 for the right eye and 3.75 for the left. Is surgery my only option or are there other ways to fix this squint without going under the knife
No, surgery isn't always the only solution for esotropia. Besides surgery, other treatments for esotropia include glasses, vision therapy, eye patches, or even botox injections in some cases.
