My sister has been experiencing fever on and off for the past 5 days. She has no other symptoms besides the intermittent fever. I am attaching her blood report. Could you please help me understand what might be causing this?

Could be viral or early infection. If fever persists beyond 7 days, further tests like dengue, typhoid, or COVID may be needed.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a WIDAL TEST (TUBE METHOD) Test or Take a Dengue NS1 Antigen - Elisa Test

View allHi, from the last 4 to 5 days I feel tired and have body pain mostly in the joints. I have cough and yesterday I also had a headache. Two days ago I went to the hospital and did blood tests. Blood urea level is 21. Serum creatinine is 0.90. SGPT is 18. I am taking tablets as per the doctor prescription, Ortil CV 500, Montek LC, Superia DSR, and Tossex cough syrup. But still I am not feeling well. Please advise?

I have been taking medication for anxiety for the past 5 years, mostly on an SOS basis. After recovering from COVID last year, I began experiencing occasional weakness and dizziness, but these symptoms would come and go. However, in the last 10 days, the symptoms have returned more consistently. I have attached my medical report.

My 3.6 year old daughter developed a fever with cough and cold. We consulted a child specialist who prescribed medications including Lanzopraz, Bestozym, Atoz, Tixylix, Calpol, Refzol, and Pacimol, which initially helped reduce the fever. However, she developed a high fever of 103. The doctor then prescribed Moxclav antibiotic and Pacimol. Although the fever decreases after medication, it returns every 4 to 5 hours. We are concerned and unsure about the situation. I have attached all prescriptions and her blood report. Kindly advise on what should be done next?
