My sister has two large fibroids in her uterus and doctors have recommended laparoscopy surgery, saying it might be a critical case. We're looking for the best laparoscopy surgeon but we're from Chhattisgarh, so traveling just for consultation is tough. Can you help with an estimated cost and suggest good options?

Does everyone bleed the first time?

Not always. Some women will bleed after having sex for the first time, while others won't. Both are perfectly normal.
