my sister was diagnosed with a mucous retention cyst under her chin near the throat area but the report says it's not cancerous should we be worried about this is it better to leave it alone or get it removed through surgery

My son has been diagnosed with adenoids in the grade 3 to 4 range, and the doctor has suggested surgery to remove them. I'm really concerned and wonder if this surgery is absolutely necessary? Could there be any natural remedies or alternatives we might consider?

My son has a 2cm swollen area on the side of his neck and we've been told it's reactive lymphoid hyperplasia. He's also been coughing a lot. I'm really concerned and I'm trying to understand what might be going on. Could you help me figure out what's happening? Is there something specific we should be worried about or watch for?
