My sister's been dealing with a dry cough for the last couple of days, and she's been taking Benadryl dry cough syrup, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. I'm really concerned about having a fever every evening for the past two months. It never goes above 100 degrees in the evenings but stays under 98.6 in the morning and during the day. I consulted a pulmonologist and had a chest contrast CT scan. The results showed small calcified left hilar lymph nodes. Could this be causing my evening fever?
