My skin just keeps getting darker lately and I'm really starting to worry. I've been trying a bunch of things like blood purifying medicines, loads of cosmetics, drinking a ton of water, and staying out of the sun and heat, but nothing seems to work. It's getting pretty frustrating because I just want my natural complexion back. Could you suggest something that actually helps?

Could you let me know if it's actually effective or if there might be any side effects I should be aware of?
