My son is 9 years old and weighs 28 kg. He's running a temperature, and I already gave him 5ml of Ibugesic, but it hasn't helped lower it. His temperature is at 101.8. Can you help me figure out the right dosage for him?

View allI'm a bit worried about how safe it is to use a nebulizer for my baby. The doctor recommended using Astalin with a small sachet-like bottle for 5 minutes, then stopping for 15 minutes before using it again for another 5 minutes, and repeating this process three times in one session, twice a day.
