My sonogram showed a 17x16mm follicular cyst in my right ovary. Will this go away on its own or do I need surgery for it? I'm really worried about what this means for me.

I'm 25 and recently got the Nexplanon implant last May. I've never tried birth control before, so I was kind of expecting my body to take some time adjusting to the hormones. I'm 8 weeks pregnant and got some test results, but I'm not sure what they mean. It says I have a few ringworm of P. falciparum, and the Widal test shows some positive results. Does this mean I have a lot of malaria or any thyroid issues? Can these be treated so they don't harm me or my baby? Also, I often notice a cream discharge, but it usually doesn't have a smell. Could this be related? I would really appreciate your advice.
