My sonogram showed a 17x16mm follicular cyst in my right ovary. Will this go away on its own or do I need surgery for it? I'm really worried about what this means for me.

View allI'm a bit worried because my period was supposed to start on December 29th, 2017, and I found out I was pregnant on December 31st. Since January 6th, I've been spotting with a brown color. My doctor gave me Trenaxa 500mg to take three times a day for five days, but it hasn't seemed to help. Do you have any ideas on what I should do next?

I'm a bit worried because I had a mammography test about three years back, which showed a fibroadenoma of 1.8 cm. I got married last year, but the tumor is still there. What should I do now?
Fibroadenomas are typically benign and often dont require treatment unless they cause symptoms or grow. Since your tumor has remained stable at 1.8 cm for 3 years, it's generally safe to monitor it. However, I recommend a follow-up ultrasound or consultation with a specialist to assess any changes and discuss your options for management.
