My son's eye has been discharging sticky, greenish mucus, and his lower eyelid is constantly filled with it. We've been using homeopathy medicine for a year now, but there's been no improvement. I'm starting to get really worried. What kind of treatment should we consider next? Could you please help us figure out what to do?

I recently had an eye exam and learned my eye pressure is pretty high. During the visit, the doctor asked if anyone in my family had glaucoma, and after I mentioned my optic nerve, she said there's a slight issue but not to worry. I'm curious, can I still do exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, and intense cardio? Is it okay to hit the gym, or could these activities affect my eye pressure?
If your IOP is high do not do heavy workouts and maintain healthy life style, ask your doctor for resolving the issue and have a regular follow up as you have family risk of galucoma
