My spouse aged 36 years is having regular itching in her vagina and sometimes white discharge. Her urine report is enclosed. Please advise?

Vaginal itching and discharge may be due to fungal or bacterial infection. If urine report is normal, a vaginal swab test may help identify the cause. Please consult a gynecologist.
