My spouse aged 36 years is having regular itching in her vagina and sometimes white discharge. Her urine report is enclosed. Please advise?

I am G6PD deficient. Today, my urine test report shows pus cells (118) and signs of infection. Can I safely take Ofloxacin 200 mg for this urinary infection, or should I consider an alternative? Please advise.

After delivery, I have noticed some yellow vaginal discharge. I had a Pap smear test, which came back negative, but the report mentioned mild inflammation. Someone recommended the following medications: Forcan 140, Clingen Forte and Candid Cream. Are these safe to take? Could you suggest alternative or more appropriate treatment if needed?
