My stool test report shows: Pus cells: 4 to 5 Mucus: Present Reaction: Acidic Occult blood: Negative I have a history of hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and GERD. I noticed dark brown stools, so I got this test done. Could you please provide your recommendations based on this report?

Mild pus cells and mucus can be due to haemorrhoids or colitis. Continue GERD treatment and a high fiber diet. No serious concern if symptoms improve.
