My TSH (thyroid) test report shows 19.5. What medication should I take, and what precautions should I follow? I have a 5 month old baby.

TSH is high, suggesting hypothyroidism. You may need thyroxine tablets. Consult an endocrinologist for exact dose.

I am four weeks pregnant. As per my blood test report, my thyroid level is 10.58. I have also undergone a gall bladder operation four years ago. Could you guide me on whether I can have a healthy baby with this high thyroid level at the initial stage? Also, please advise whether my thyroid level could have any impact on my child as he grows up.
