My ultrasound report says the gall bladder isn't visible but there's a dilated common bile duct measuring 20mm at the porta with a clump of calculi around 39x19mm in the middle part. Should I be worried about this? What does this mean for my condition? I had gallbladder surgery before and now seeing these findings could this be related to my past surgery or is it something new developing? What are the next steps I should take?

I've been dealing with a fatty liver, and just a couple of months ago, my SGPT levels were at 96. Now, thanks to medication, they've dropped to 63. But now I'm concerned because my direct bilirubin has gone up to 0.6, whereas it was normal before. Should I be worried about this change in bilirubin, and does it mean anything serious about my liver condition or overall health?

Yesterday, I had this really scary moment where my food got stuck, and I started coughing. It got so bad that I ended up throwing up, and during that, it felt like my whole body was shaking. After that, I started feeling this pain in my shoulder, neck, and arms, and there's also this burning and sharp pain in my chest. And now, every time I sneeze or cough, there's this sharp pain on the left side of my chest. I'm kind of worriedcan you tell me what's going on and if there's any medicine or something I should be taking?
