My ultrasound report says the gall bladder isn't visible but there's a dilated common bile duct measuring 20mm at the porta with a clump of calculi around 39x19mm in the middle part. Should I be worried about this? What does this mean for my condition? I had gallbladder surgery before and now seeing these findings could this be related to my past surgery or is it something new developing? What are the next steps I should take?

I've been feeling like there's something stuck in my throat near my collarbone for the past couple of days, and I've been dealing with some mild gastric issues too. Could these be connected somehow? Should I be worried, or is there anything I can try at home to feel better?

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with stomach pain and loose motions since yesterday. The loose motions have stopped since last night, but the stomach pain is still there, and I'm experiencing a lot of gas. I tried taking Ocid 20 and Pudin Hara, but they didn't help. I even ate some dahi, but that didn't do anything either. Could you please suggest any medicine that might help with the stomach pain and stop the excessive farting?
