My ultrasound report shows a 6mm calculus in the right lower ureter, about 1 cm from the UVJ. Do I really need laparoscopic surgery for this or are there other options? I'm a bit worried about the procedure and wondering if it's absolutely necessary.

A 6mm ureteric stone close to UVJ usually passes with meds—surgery is for pain, infection, or if not passed in 2–4 weeks.

I'm having trouble with getting a proper erection, and my penis takes a while to get hard. Even when it does, it's not the firmness I'd expect. I've been thinking about using Manforce Staylong tablets just once to see if it can help me last longer during sex. I don't have any issues with getting or maintaining an erection, and my heart health is good. Is it safe to use it even if I don't really have erectile problems, just to help with ejaculation time?

Using **Manforce Staylong** occasionally for improving ejaculation time is generally considered safe for most people, especially if you don't have any heart-related issues. However, its important to consult with a healthcare provider to ensure it's appropriate for your specific needs and to discuss potential side effects. Always use medications as directed.
