my uncle just had laser surgery to remove a mass from his throat and the report says features are of well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma with free margins what does this mean is it serious

View allMy CT scan shows a large 6cm mass in the posterior fundus of the stomach, possibly a GIST. The biopsy came back as fibrocollegnous tissue with no malignancy. What's the next step should we try to shrink it with meds or go straight for surgery? Any specific treatments you'd recommend?

My uncle has bowel cancer and his doctors said surgery isn't an option because he's not strong enough. He's getting worse every day and I'm really worried how can I send you his test results for a second opinion? What other treatment options might help him?
