My uncle was diagnosed with a brain tumor based on a CT scan, but he doesn't have any symptoms. We're really confused should we go ahead with the surgery the doctor suggested or get a second opinion first? Also, is surgery the only treatment option for brain tumors?

I have an L4-L5 slipped disc and when I stand or walk, my right leg feels very heavy with pain and weight. There's also some discomfort in my back. What should I do?
