My underarms are really dark and it's been bothering me for years. I don't want to go for surgery are there any effective creams or other non-surgical solutions that can lighten them permanently? I've even stopped wearing sleeveless clothes because of this

Dark underarms can be effectively lightened with topical creams, chemical peels, or laser treatments, but permanent lightening is not guaranteed. While some home remedies like lemon juice or turmeric might offer temporary improvements, they are not a long-term solution. Consult a dermatologist to determine the best course of action for your specific case.

View allI'm really worried about my hair. It seems to fall out more quickly whenever I wash it, comb it, or even when I apply hair oil. What could be causing this, and how can I deal with it?
This could be due to various reasons such as stress, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, or even certain medical conditions. To help reduce hair fall, you can try using minoxidil solution 5% twice daily on the scalp. Additionally, taking biotin tablets 10mg once daily can also help in improving hair health. Make sure to eat a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals, and try to manage stress through relaxation techniques or exercise. If the problem persists, it's best to consult a dermatologist for a proper evaluation and personalized treatment plan.

I'm using Candida B on a cut over the joint of my foreskin. How long should I keep applying it? The cut is healing but the joint area still doesn't seem fully healed.
