My underarms are really dark and it's been bothering me for years. I don't want to go for surgery are there any effective creams or other non-surgical solutions that can lighten them permanently? I've even stopped wearing sleeveless clothes because of this

Dark underarms can be effectively lightened with topical creams, chemical peels, or laser treatments, but permanent lightening is not guaranteed. While some home remedies like lemon juice or turmeric might offer temporary improvements, they are not a long-term solution. Consult a dermatologist to determine the best course of action for your specific case.

View allI'm having some trouble with my skin, specifically because of frozen chicken. Back in my home country, I never had any issues with eating chicken, but here, whenever I eat the frozen chicken, I get these acne breakouts on my face. They're painful and usually leave these black marks after they heal. I've noticed that when I eat fresh chicken from the market, my skin seems fine. I can try to avoid the frozen chicken, but I'm worried because there are still some face bumps that have been around for days, and I also have some old black scars. What can I do about these leftover marks and bumps?

I've got a skin tag on the shaft of my penis, and I'm not sure how to get rid of it. I tried cutting it off once, but it bled and just came back a few days later. I'm curious about what might be causing it and if there's a more effective way to remove it. Any advice?
