My upper arm skin is really saggy and loose, and I'm super worried about it. I don't want surgery are there any other remedies or treatments that could help tighten the skin? It's really bothering me.

I've been dealing with dry and cracked skin on my right palm for quite some time now, but it doesn't really hurt. It's just a bit concerning since my left hand seems totally fine and normal. What could be causing this difference, and should I be worried or seeing someone about this?

May be due to a variety of reasons such as excessive hand washing, exposure to harsh chemicals, or environmental factors. I recommend using a moisturizing cream containing urea and lactic acid, such as Eucerin Advanced Repair Hand Cream, twice a day on the affected hand. Additionally, wearing gloves while doing household chores or using hand sanitizers can help protect the skin.
