My upper arm skin is really saggy and loose, and I'm super worried about it. I don't want surgery are there any other remedies or treatments that could help tighten the skin? It's really bothering me.

Non-surgical skin tightening like RF, HIFU, or creams may help mild arm sagging—consult a dermatologist.

View allI recently found out I'm HSV1 IgG positive, and I have some concerns. I read that 3.7 billion people are infected with HSV1 according to WHO. I'm not currently taking any medicine for herpes, but I'm wondering if I should start some kind of treatment. Could you give me some advice on whether treatment is necessary or any possible next steps? I'm really looking for guidance here.

So, I'm 17 and curious if it's okay for me to take beard growth pills with Biotin? They say it's for 18 and older, but I just want to be sure about it.

I've been using medisalic cream for about a month, but now I have to switch to another cream because I noticed some marks on my face. I'm planning to go back to medisalic afterwards. Could stopping it for a while affect my skin?
