My upper arm skin is really saggy and loose, and I'm super worried about it. I don't want surgery are there any other remedies or treatments that could help tighten the skin? It's really bothering me.

Non-surgical skin tightening like RF, HIFU, or creams may help mild arm sagging—consult a dermatologist.
