Consult Gynaecologist . Since there is already infection doctor will give antibiotics and repeat Urine culture and sensitivity again after completing dosage . Persistent of infection even after treatment will increase complications hence hygiene must be maintained to not get infected again and other causes also must be eliminated

I have been suffering from a high fever ranging from 102F to 104.6F for the past 5 days.
