My water intake is about 2200 ml daily, and my urine output is around 1200 ml. I am experiencing excessive urination on and off, sometimes urinating about 10 times a day. I am sharing this along with my urine report for your review.

Urine frequency depends on fluid intake, bladder sensitivity, and other factors. If lab report is normal and no infection is seen, it may not be serious. Reduce caffeine and monitor changes.
